Code § 126.28","heading":"Powers to take testimony and produce evidence.","body":"In the exercise of any power mentioned in this chapter, the director of budget and management may compel the attendance and testimony of witnesses, administer oaths, examine such persons as he considers necessary, and compel the production of records.
