Code § 1309.528","heading":"Corporate and uniform commercial code filing fund - UCC 9-528.","body":"All fees collected by the secretary of state for filings under Title XIII or XVII of the Revised Code shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the corporate and uniform commercial code filing fund, which is hereby created. The fund shall also receive revenue from fees charged to customers for special database requests.
