Code § 1311.37","heading":"When general employer assumes payment.","body":"Sections 1311.34 to 1311.36, inclusive, of the Revised Code apply to and include any laborer who indirectly performs labor for a general employer, or the results of whose labor is immediately enjoyed by a general employer, when such general employer assumes payment of his wages by passing a credit therefor upon his books of account or otherwise.
