Code § 133.61","heading":"Issuing general obligation bonds to acquire agricultural easements.","body":"The legislative authority of a municipal corporation, board of county commissioners of a county, or board of township trustees of a township may issue general obligation bonds for the purpose of acquiring agricultural easements.
