Code § 1331.99","heading":"Violation; penalty.","body":"(A) (1) Whoever violates section 1331.04 of the Revised Code is guilty of conspiracy against trade. Except as provided in division (A)(2) of this section, a conspiracy against trade is a felony of the fifth degree.\n(2) If any of the following conditions apply, the conspiracy against trade is a felony of the fourth degree:\n(a) The amount of the contract or the amount of the sale of commodities or services involved is seven thousand five hundred dollars or more.\n(b) The conspiracy against trade relates to a contract with or the sale of commodities or services to or from a local, state, or federal governmental entity.\n(c) The contract or sale of commodities or services involves, in whole or in part, funding to or from a local, state, or federal governmental entity.\n(B) Whoever violates section 1331.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.\n(C) Whoever violates division (L) of section 1331.16 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.\n(D) Whoever violates section 1331.15 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.","path":["Title 13 Commercial Transactions","Chapter 1331 Monopolies"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-1331.99","current_through":"2017-04-06 (Senate Bill 227 - 131st General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:29Z","sha256":"0aeac301af67706c04d856447efd0c7698737b99a13f47eea14652c4437abe1f","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-1331.17","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-1332.01"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
