Code § 145.018","heading":"Conditions for full year of credit.","body":"Notwithstanding section 145.016 of the Revised Code, the public employees retirement board shall grant a full year of service credit to a member of the retirement system if all of the following conditions are met:\n(A) The member is employed by a county board of developmental disabilities.\n(B) The member's employment is in a position that would be covered by Chapter 3309. of the Revised Code if the member was employed by a public employer as defined in section 3309.01 of the Revised Code.\n(C) The member performs full-time services in the position for at least nine months of the year and is paid earnable salary in each month of that year.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 145 Public Employees Retirement System"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-145.018","current_through":"2019-03-22 (House Bill 572 - 132nd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:25Z","sha256":"134cf07ff5cd93f88e44f6d11725ba646e571fa99637de1d3c83c5fa7f3b8b8e","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-145.017","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-145.03"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
