Code § 149.352","heading":"Replevin of public records.","body":"Upon request of the department of administrative services, the attorney general may replevin any public records which have been unlawfully transferred or removed in violation of sections 149.31 to 149.44 of the Revised Code or otherwise transferred or removed unlawfully.
