Code § 1522.23","heading":"Notice to public water system permittees.","body":"The chief of the division of water resources shall provide written notice to the director of environmental protection and the permittee at least ten business days prior to requiring a permittee that is a public water system to decrease its withdrawal, or prior to revoking, suspending, or amending the public water system's permit under this chapter.
