Code § 153.503","heading":"Adoption of rules.","body":"The Ohio facilities construction commission, pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules to do all of the following:\n(A) Prescribe the procedures and criteria for determining the best value selection of a construction manager at risk or design-build firm;\n(B) Set forth standards to be followed by construction managers at risk and design-build firms when establishing prequalification criteria pursuant to section 153.502 of the Revised Code;\n(C) Prescribe the form for the contract documents to be used by a construction manager at risk, design-build firm, or general contractor when entering into a subcontract;\n(D) Prescribe the form for the contract documents to be used by a public authority when entering into a contract with a construction manager at risk or design-build firm.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 153 Public Improvements"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-153.503","current_through":"2012-09-10 (House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:25Z","sha256":"b1c5589b29e691d1c87ba6608b1c895410df7c689045b4ea160c8f7fb66e779f","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-153.502","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-153.51"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
