Code § 1533.58","heading":"Prohibition against use of deleterious substances in waters of the state.","body":"No person shall take, catch, injure, or kill wild animals, or destroy the habitat thereof, in any waters of the state by means of quicklime, electricity, or any kind of explosive or poisonous substances, or place or use quicklime, electricity, or explosive or poisonous substances in any such waters, except for engineering purposes and with the written permission of the chief of the division of wildlife.
