Code § 1533.891","heading":"Seizure and forfeiture of ginseng.","body":"The chief of the division of wildlife shall seize any ginseng harvested or acquired in violation of any provision of sections 1533.86 to 1533.90 of the Revised Code or rules adopted pursuant to section 1533.88 of the Revised Code.
