Code § 164.07","heading":"Locating and using minority business enterprises.","body":"(A) In awarding contracts for capital improvement projects to be financed in whole or in part under this chapter, a local subdivision shall comply with the percentage requirements of section 125.081 of the Revised Code.\n(B) A capital improvement that is financed in whole or in part under this chapter is a public improvement, and a subdivision undertaking a capital improvement is a public authority, for purposes of section 4115.03 of the Revised Code.
