Code § 173.47","heading":"Customer satisfaction survey for long-term care facilities.","body":"(A) For purposes of publishing the Ohio long-term care consumer guide, the department of aging shall conduct or provide for the conduct of an annual customer satisfaction survey of each long-term care facility.
