Code § 1733.99","heading":"Penalty.","body":"(A) Whoever violates section 1733.44 of the Revised Code, or any order of the superintendent issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.\n(B) Whoever violates division (C) of section 1733.327 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
