Code § 1753.41","heading":"When notices are effective.","body":"Unless otherwise provided, all notices sent to a health insuring corporation by the superintendent of insurance that may result in regulatory action under sections 1753.31 to 1753.43 of the Revised Code shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by registered or certified mail.
