Code § 195.02","heading":"Administration.","body":"The attorney general shall use money appropriated to the internet crimes against children task force to support the operation of the task force including equipment, personnel, and training only and for no other purpose.\nThe attorney general shall disburse money appropriated for the purposes of this section in the following manner:\nSixty per cent to the Ohio internet crimes against children task force;\nTwenty per cent, in coordination with the task force, to local internet crimes against children affiliated agencies in good standing with the task force; and\nTwenty per cent to the crimes against children initiative within the office of the attorney general for investigations, forensic examinations, and prosecutions related to technologically facilitated sexual exploitation of children, internet crimes against children, and victim identification.","path":["Title 1 State Government","Chapter 195 Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-195.02","current_through":"2019-10-17 (House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:26Z","sha256":"e949a683ea2c02b960a43873938e0d5d8db82412e3cad37a66444218bd8b0e54","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-195.01","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-197.01"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
