Code § 2329.29","heading":"Disposition of money made without sale of real estate.","body":"If the sheriff collects any part of a judgment by virtue of an execution without the sale of real estate, he shall pay it to the judgment creditor, or his attorney, upon demand made therefor at the sheriff's office.
