Code § 2733.17","heading":"Rights of person adjudged entitled to an office.","body":"If judgment in an action in quo warranto is rendered in favor of the person averred to be entitled to an office, after taking the oath of office and executing any official bond required by law, he may take upon him the execution of the office.
