Code § 2905.22","heading":"Extortionate extension of credit - criminal usury.","body":"(A) No person shall:\n(1) Knowingly make or participate in an extortionate extension of credit;\n(2) Knowingly engage in criminal usury;\n(3) Possess any writing, paper, instrument, or article used to record criminally usurious transactions, knowing that the contents record a criminally usurious transaction.\n(B) Whoever violates division (A)(1) or (2) of this section is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.
