Code § 302.19","heading":"Additional duties.","body":"In addition to other powers and duties provided in sections 302.01 to 302.24, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the county executive shall:\n(A) Prepare and recommend to the board of county commissioners the annual tax budget and county appropriation resolution;\n(B) Keep the board advised of the financial condition and future needs of the county;\n(C) Prepare and submit to the board such measures as he deems necessary for the conduct of the county's business;\n(D) Attend meetings of the board of county commissioners and take part in the discussion of all matters before the board;\n(E) Prepare and submit to the board of county commissioners such reports on the operations of any departments, offices, and bodies under his control as may be required by the board.","path":["Title 3 Counties","Chapter 302 Alternative Form of County Government"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-302.19","current_through":"1961-10-16 (House Bill 855 - 104th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:26Z","sha256":"6df17354e09e72850f6a1b9881d6da27cc8d0741f15b8b95851363bc788763f6","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-302.18","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-302.20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
