Code § 305.28","heading":"Criminal justice regional information fund.","body":"If a board of county commissioners by resolution elects to participate in a criminal justice regional information system as provided in section 2949.093 of the Revised Code, the board also shall create in its county treasury a criminal justice regional information fund.
