Code § 307.653","heading":"Chairperson of domestic violence fatality review board.","body":"(A) If a domestic violence fatality review board is established under section 307.651 of the Revised Code, the board members shall select, by majority vote, a member of the board to serve as the chairperson of the review board.\n(B) The chairperson of the review board shall be responsible for all of the following:\n(1) Convening board meetings;\n(2) Notifying members of board meetings;\n(3) Providing members with a list of fatalities to be reviewed during a board meeting;\n(4) Ensuring that the review board complies with the procedure for conducting reviews of deaths established in rules adopted under section 3701.0412 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 3 Counties","Chapter 307 Board of County Commissioners - Powers"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-307.653","current_through":"2023-04-03 (House Bill 254 - 134th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:26Z","sha256":"aa0bd51fd28c700bac8d283b9857dcbd67af6d1a97b3bdfb8a6ed494bbf8ff43","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-307.652","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-307.654"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
