Code § 3105.88","heading":"Transmitting order to retirement program.","body":"The clerk of courts shall transmit a certified copy of an order described in section 3105.81 of the Revised Code to each public retirement program named in the order. If the clerk of courts fails to transmit an order, the public retirement program named in the order is not required to administer the order.\nThe public retirement program shall retain an order in accordance with section 145.571, 742.462, 3305.21, 3307.371, 3309.671, or 5505.261 of the Revised Code.\nIf the public retirement program returns to the clerk of courts an order in accordance with section 145.571, 742.462, 3305.21, 3307.371, 3309.671, or 5505.261 of the Revised Code, the clerk of courts shall notify the counsel of record that the order was not retained by the public retirement program.","path":["Title 31 Domestic Relations-Children","Chapter 3105 Divorce, Alimony, Annulment, Dissolution Of Marriage"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3105.88","current_through":"2002-01-01 (House Bill 535 - 123rd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:32Z","sha256":"749154edae097507608b30a801f3aa4341c74b7d6c0a3ec53c00538b078ec37d","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3105.87","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3105.89"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
