Code § 3109.061","heading":"Construction of sections 2151.233 to 2151.236.","body":"Nothing in sections 2151.233 to 2151.236 and 2301.03 of the Revised Code shall be construed to prevent a domestic relations court from certifying a case to a juvenile court under division (D)(2) of section 3109.04 of the Revised Code or section 3109.06 of the Revised Code.
