Code § 3111.96","heading":"Noncompliance.","body":"The failure of a physician or person under the supervision and control of a physician to comply with the applicable requirements of sections 3111.88 to 3111.95 of the Revised Code shall not affect the legal status, rights, or obligations of a child conceived as a result of a non-spousal artificial insemination, a recipient, a husband who consented to the non-spousal artificial insemination of his wife, or the donor.
