Code § 3115.206","heading":"Continuing jurisdiction to enforce child-support order.","body":"(A) A tribunal of this state that has issued a child-support order consistent with the law of this state may serve as an initiating tribunal to request a tribunal of another state to enforce either of the following:\n(1) The order, if the order is the controlling order and has not been modified by a tribunal of another state that assumed jurisdiction pursuant to its uniform interstate family support act;\n(2) A money judgment for arrears of support and interest on the order accrued before a determination that an order of a tribunal of another state is the controlling order.\n(B) A tribunal of this state having continuing jurisdiction over a support order may act as a responding tribunal to enforce the order.","path":["Title 31 Domestic Relations-Children","Chapter 3115 Uniform Interstate Family Support Act of 2008"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3115.206","current_through":"2016-01-01 (House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:32Z","sha256":"b0011accaae5100a609c54eb5904800ce53853e2198743d7a9bb0bfe380c6007","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3115.205","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3115.207"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
