Code § 3115.603","heading":"Effect of registration for enforcement.","body":"(A) A support order or income-withholding order issued in another state or a foreign support order is registered when the order is filed in the registering tribunal of this state.\n(B) A registered support order issued in another state or a foreign country is enforceable in the same manner and is subject to the same procedures as an order issued by a tribunal of this state.\n(C) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a tribunal of this state shall recognize and enforce, but may not modify, a registered support order if the issuing tribunal had jurisdiction.","path":["Title 31 Domestic Relations-Children","Chapter 3115 Uniform Interstate Family Support Act of 2008"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3115.603","current_through":"2016-01-01 (House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:32Z","sha256":"cef9b8df2759e8368f4927893939af92474e420653e7e4201662503831a07a1b","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3115.602","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3115.604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
