Code § 3121.71","heading":"Administrative rules.","body":"The director of job and family services, pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules that do all of the following:\n(A) Govern collection and disbursement of child support amounts in compliance with Title IV-D of the \"Social Security Act,\" 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651 et seq., as amended, and any regulations adopted under the act;\n(B) Govern the method of sending administrative charge amounts to child support enforcement agencies;\n(C) Assist in the implementation of separate accounts for support payments received by the division;\n(D) Govern the process of entering into and the provisions of contracts described in section 3121.67 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 31 Domestic Relations-Children","Chapter 3121 Collection and Disbursement of Child Support"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3121.71","current_through":"2001-03-22 (Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:32Z","sha256":"f3985315ee9b88ec4589cf78bbba026adde097dec54037f889e4084a1f94591f","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3121.69","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3121.74"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
