Code § 3121.82","heading":"Information included in case registry.","body":"The case registry shall include all of the following information:\n(A) The name, social security number, driver's license number, other identification number, residence telephone number, and date of birth of each obligor and obligee under a support order;\n(B) Payment information including the periodic support amount due, arrearages, penalties for late payment, fees, amounts collected, and amounts distributed under a support order;\n(C) Liens imposed on real and personal property to recover arrearages under a support order;\n(D) With respect to a child support order, the name and birthdate of each child subject to the order;\n(E) Information obtained pursuant to an agreement under section 3121.74 of the Revised Code;\n(F) Any other information required by the director of job and family services pursuant to rules adopted under section 3121.86 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 31 Domestic Relations-Children","Chapter 3121 Collection and Disbursement of Child Support"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3121.82","current_through":"2001-03-22 (Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:32Z","sha256":"44454d76f72a616a5ad2dfedccac0d7c8a20816b05291a84de3be47f7b09ea0f","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3121.81","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3121.83"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
