Code § 3123.32","heading":"Withdrawal directive where no hearing request.","body":"If a person to whom a notice is sent under section 3123.29 of the Revised Code fails to file a timely request for an administrative hearing, the child support enforcement agency that sent the notice shall send a withdrawal directive to the financial institution pursuant to section 3123.37 of the Revised Code.
