Code § 3123.48","heading":"Issuing license when obligor becomes eligible.","body":"Not later than seven days after receipt of a notice pursuant to section 3123.45 or 3123.46 of the Revised Code, the board shall, if the individual is otherwise eligible for the license and wants the license, issue a license to or renew a license of the individual, or if the individual's license was suspended pursuant to section 3123.47 of the Revised Code, end the suspension.
