Code § 3123.70","heading":"Lien priority.","body":"A lien imposed pursuant to sections 3123.66 to 3123.68 of the Revised Code shall have priority over liens, mortgages, security interests, or other types of encumbrances that are associated with the real and personal property subject to the lien imposed by sections 3123.66 to 3123.68 of the Revised Code and that arise after the date the lien is filed pursuant to those sections.
