Code § 3301.27","heading":"Research on factors that improve education effectiveness.","body":"The department of education or workforce shall conduct research on the factors that improve education effectiveness in school districts and for this purpose may require school districts to administer tests in addition to those otherwise required by law, such as the national assessment of education progress.
