Code § 3304.13","heading":"Meetings; chairperson; standards of conduct.","body":"The opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities council shall hold its first meeting at the call of the governor. Regular meetings shall be held not less than four times a year. Special meetings may be held with the approval of the governor. Eight members constitute a quorum.\nThe council, by a majority vote, shall select one of its members to serve as its chairperson.
