Code § 3313.172","heading":"Purchase, lease, or lease-purchase of motor vehicles.","body":"The board of education of any city, exempted village, local, or joint vocational school district and the governing board of any educational service center may expend funds to obtain one or more motor vehicles, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, by purchase, lease, or lease-purchase.
