Code § 3313.6611","heading":"Student-led violence prevention clubs.","body":"Each local, city, exempted village, joint vocational school district, community school established under Chapter 3314., STEM school established under Chapter 3326., and college-preparatory boarding school established under Chapter 3328. of the Revised Code may designate a student-led violence prevention club for each school building in the district or school serving grades six through twelve. If created, each club shall do the following:\n(A) Be open to all members of the student body;\n(B) Have at least one identified adult advisor;\n(C) Implement and sustain suicide and violence prevention and social inclusion training and awareness activities in a manner consistent with section 3301.221 of the Revised Code;\n(D) Foster opportunities for student leadership development.","path":["Title 33 Education-Libraries","Chapter 3313 Boards of Education"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3313.6611","current_through":"2021-03-24 (House Bill 123 - 133rd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:32Z","sha256":"094db6a57806fe72d93af3d7e23e0097870dd8454f25b1983fd6e6cecce55631","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3313.6610","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3313.67"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
