Code § 3313.984","heading":"Intradistrict open enrollment.","body":"(A) Each school district shall report to the department of education and workforce, in the manner prescribed by the department, the number of students who attend a school building other than the one assigned by the board or district superintendent.\n(B) A school district that conducts an enrollment lottery for students through an intradistrict open enrollment policy under this section shall do all of the following:\n(1) Conduct that lottery by the second Monday of June prior to the school year for which the student is seeking enrollment;\n(2) Notify parents of students who reside in the district of the date of the lottery prior to that date;\n(3) Post on the district's web site information about the lottery, including how and when the lottery will be conducted.","path":["Title 33 Education-Libraries","Chapter 3313 Boards of Education"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3313.984","current_through":"2024-10-24 (Senate Bill 168 - 135th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:32Z","sha256":"95d723b7835fc0cf92df64739f91114ccaaabad444f02254ac7436307c0a0fc1","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3313.983","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3313.99"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
