Code § 3314.022","heading":"Contract for provisions of services for disabled student.","body":"The governing authority of any community school established under this chapter may contract with the governing authority of another community school, the board of education of a school district, the governing board of an educational service center, a county board of developmental disabilities, or the administrative authority of a nonpublic school for provision of services for any disabled student enrolled at the school.
