Code § 3314.355","heading":"Community school closure safe harbor.","body":"No community school shall be subject to closure under section 3314.35 or 3314.351 of the Revised Code based on any report card issued for that school for the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or 2021-2022 school years. Furthermore, the report card ratings of any previous years shall not be considered in determining whether a community school is subject to automatic closure under section 3314.35 or 3314.351 of the Revised Code.
