Code § 3318.11","heading":"Amount of state appropriations encumbered for project - project priority for state funds.","body":"For any project undertaken with financial assistance from the state under this chapter, the amount of state appropriations to be encumbered for the project in each fiscal year shall be determined by the Ohio facilities construction commission based on the project's estimated construction schedule for that year.
