Code § 3318.15","heading":"Public school building fund.","body":"There is hereby created the public school building fund within the state treasury consisting of any moneys transferred or appropriated to the fund by the general assembly, moneys paid into or transferred in accordance with section 3318.47 of the Revised Code, and any grants, gifts, or contributions received by the Ohio facilities construction commission to be used for the purposes of the fund.
