Code § 3321.22","heading":"Juvenile court proceedings.","body":"If a complaint is filed against the parent, guardian, or other person in charge of a child for a failure to cause the child to attend school or a part-time school or class and if the parent, guardian, or other person proves an inability to do so, then the parent, guardian, or other person in charge of a child shall be discharged. Upon the discharge, the attendance officer shall file a complaint before the judge of the juvenile court of the county alleging that the child is a delinquent child, unruly child, or dependent child within the meaning of section 2151.022, 2151.04, or 2152.02 of the Revised Code.
