Code § 3324.11","heading":"Rules regarding reports of services to gift students.","body":"No rule adopted by the director of education and workforce pursuant to this chapter, section 3301.07 of the Revised Code, or any other provision of the Revised Code shall permit a school district to report that it has provided services to a student identified as gifted unless those services are paid for by the district.
