Code § 3332.092","heading":"Repaying instructional grants for ineligible students.","body":"Any school subject to this chapter receiving money under section 3333.122 of the Revised Code on behalf of a student who is determined by the state board of career colleges and schools to be ineligible under such section because the program in which the student is enrolled does not lead to an associate or baccalaureate degree, shall be liable to the state for the amount specified in section 3333.122 of the Revised Code.
