Code § 3333.0413","heading":"Inventory of education programs focusing on workforce development and training.","body":"Not later than December 31, 2014, the chancellor of higher education shall make available, in a prominent location on the chancellor's web site, a complete inventory of education programs that focus on workforce development and training that includes both of the following:\n(A) Programs offered by state institutions of higher education, as defined in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code, adult career-technical institutions, and all private nonprofit and for-profit postsecondary institutions operating in the state;\n(B) Programs registered with the apprenticeship council established under Chapter 4139. of the Revised Code.\nThe chancellor may update this inventory as necessary.","path":["Title 33 Education-Libraries","Chapter 3333 Department of Higher Education"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3333.0413","current_through":"2015-09-29 (House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:33Z","sha256":"deeea9d64afe9205e5f5a21f9af20a9ebe94fe24eaa35c8adfca5a7280f0714d","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3333.0412","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3333.0414"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
