Code § 3335.06","heading":"Meetings of board - quorum.","body":"Meetings of the board of trustees of the Ohio state university shall be called in such manner, and at such times as the board prescribes. The board shall meet at least three times annually, and at such other times as necessary for the best interest of the university.
