Code § 3335.29","heading":"Station not to be conducted for gain - requests for assistance from station.","body":"The engineering experiment station of the Ohio state university shall not be conducted for the private or personal gain of anyone connected with it, or for the sole benefit of any individual, firm, or corporation.\nAny commission, board, bureau, or department of the state, or any institution owned by the state, may seek assistance from the station, and such requests shall have precedence over all other outside requests.
