Code § 3345.241","heading":"Student discipline due process procedures.","body":"Except as provided in sections 3345.22 to 3345.24 of the Revised Code, a state university, as defined in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code, shall provide a student who is subject to a disciplinary action by the university with a notice of the disciplinary action, the reasons for that disciplinary action, and the student's right to appeal the disciplinary action under this section.
