Code § 3347.01","heading":"University housing commissions.","body":"There is hereby created:\n(A) The Ohio state university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Ohio state university;\n(B) The Miami university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Miami university;\n(C) The Central state university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Central state university;\n(D) The Kent state university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Kent state university;\n(E) The Bowling Green university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Bowling Green state university;\n(F) The Ohio university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Ohio university;\n(G) The Cleveland state university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Cleveland state university;\n(H) The university of Toledo housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of the university of Toledo;\n(I) The Wright state university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Wright state university;\n(J) The university of Akron housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of the university of Akron;\n(K) The Youngstown state university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Youngstown state university;\n(L) The university of Cincinnati housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of the university of Cincinnati;\n(M) The Shawnee state university housing commission, which shall consist of the chairman of the board of trustees, the president, and the business manager of Shawnee state university.","path":["Title 33 Education-Libraries","Chapter 3347 University Housing Commissions"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3347.01","current_through":"1986-07-02 (House Bill 739 - 116th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:33Z","sha256":"0de265e51661787232875344de792adc6bc7bc51106fce416283ca7e30075af6","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3345.99","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3347.02"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
