Code § 3349.11","heading":"Legislative authority may provide site for municipal university.","body":"The legislative authority of any municipal corporation may set apart or appropriate as a site for the buildings and grounds of a municipal university, college, or other educational institution, public grounds of the municipal corporation not especially appropriated or dedicated by ordinance to any other use.
